Is this built for campsites and Stellplätze in Europe?
Yes. Keep it Simple Booking is built for campsites, campervan/motorhome Stellplätze, glamping and small accommodations in Europe – ideal for 1–100 units.
Do you take commission per booking?
No. 0% commission. You only pay your package and the one-time setup fee.
Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is hosted in the EU. Keep it Simple Booking is built with GDPR-friendly defaults for European operators. ID copies are not stored.
Can I choose deposit or prepayment?
Yes. You decide: fixed deposit, full prepayment, or even no deposit at all. Optionally with a booking fee or no-show protection.
Do I need a new website?
No. You can simply use a booking link or place a button on your existing website. On request, we can also build you a simple website with integrated booking.
How does the setup work?
After purchase, you fill out a short setup questionnaire. Based on that, we set up your system for you. Then you receive your booking link and admin access.
Can I test the system first?
Yes. You can request a demo or use the free test demo with sample data.
Can customers cancel themselves?
Yes. Subscriptions and cancellations are handled via Stripe at the end of the billing period.
Can I export bookings for my accountant?
Yes. Export via CSV/Excel is built into every plan.
What languages are included?
